Overview Mfumbathi Development is a 100% black owned multi-disciplinary company founded specifically to address the diverse needs of our clients throughout the country. In order to meet these diverse needs, we partner with a number of specialized companies. We are not only able to provide our clients with a high quality service of a specialized nature, but also give a complete range of services including planning and design, project management, quality monitoring and construction.

Our mission is to address the needs of our clients through employment of our expertise in the developing, planning, design construction and rehabilitation of the living environment of communities in throughout Southern Africa.

Mfumbathi Developments employ a hand - on philosophy both on the job and in the office, by staffing every project with a Project Management professional, meaning that both our firm and our client can be assured that their project is of utmost importance and in good hands.

Our client's satisfaction is a constant measure of achievement for our team. Our key strategic objective is the achievement of a "zero harm" site foreman and management ensure that safety is not compromised in any circumstances by taking responsibility for employee safety, leading by example, encouraging positive behaviour. Site foremen apply a policy of zero tolerance to non-compliance with safety standards. Cases of occupational and non-occupational disease are referred to external facilities. No pre - employment testing of HIV is undertaken. All HIV testing and counselling is done so voluntarily. Employees who are HIV positive are encouraged to participate in the wellness programs available through various local clinics.
